INTENDED USE

This kit is applicable to in vitro semi-quantitative detection detection of Prostate Specific Antigen in human serum/plasma samples and used for auxiliary diagnosis of prostatic disease. The kit only provides test result of Prostate Specific Antigen. The obtained result shall be analyzed in combination with other clinical information. It must only be used by healthcare professionals.

Test procedure

1	Before using the reagent,read the package insert carefully and familiarize yourself with the operating procedures.
2	Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag, place it on a horizontal worktable flat, and make aproper mark
3	For serum/plasma samples, use a disposable pipette to take 1 drops (approx. 30 µL) and add themto the spiked wells.
4	Remove the cap of sample diluent. Vertically add 2 drops (approx. 60~80 µL) to the S hole.
5	The result shall be read within 10-15 minutes. Test result obtained after 15 minutes is invalid (for detail about result see Interpretation of Test Results).
