Test procedure

 1  Before using the reagent,read the package insert carefully and familiarize yourself with the operating procedures.
2 In case of thin stool of patients with diarrhea, use disposable pipette to pipette sample, and add 3 drops (approx.100μL) of sample dropwise to sampling tube, and thoroughly shake sample and sample diluent for later use.
3 Remove test device from aluminum foil pouch, lie it on a horizontal workbench, and do a good job in marking.
4 Using a capillary burette,add 1 drop(approximately 10ul) of the sample to be tested to each well of A,B and D respectively.
5 After the sample has been added,add 4 drops(approximately 200ul) of sample rinse to the diluent wells and start timing. After the sample has been added,add 4 drops(approximately 200ul) of sample rinse to the diluent wells and start timing.

Note: each sample shall be pipetted by clean disposable pipette to avoid cross contamination.
