INTENDED USE

This kit is applicable to in vitro qualitative detection of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D (25-(OH)VD) in human serum/plasma/whole blood/ﬁngerstick whole blood samples to evaluate the level of
Vitamin D. The kit only provides test result of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D (25-(OH)VD). The obtained result shall be analyzed in combination with other clinical information.

Test procedure

1	Before using the reagent,read the package insert carefully and familiarize yourself with the operating procedures.
2	Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag, place it on a horizontal worktable flat, and make aproper mark
3	Gently touch the pipette tip to the blood drop(serum/plasma/whole blood/ﬁngerstick whole blood). The pipette will self-ﬁll with the required volume (10 μL).
4	Release blood sample by touch the tip of disposable pipette to sample pad.
5	Release the blood sample onto the "S" well sampling pad by touching the tip of the disposablepipette..
6	Remove the cap of sample diluent. Vertically add 3 drops to the D hole.
7	Interpret result within 10-15 minutes, and detection result is invalid after 15 minutes (see detailed results in result interpretation).
