    Method for detecting Helicobacter pylori

    * It is necessary to stay fasting or fast for more than two hours before the test.

    * Maintain normalbreathing and blow into the bagbeforetaking the dosage.Donotexhaledeeply, blowintermittently.Donot blowfor an extendedperiod of time.

    * Screwthe cap tightlyand mark the bag as Sample

    * Dissolve thereagentwith drinking wateratroomtemperature.

    Wait quietlyfor 30 minutes.Duringthewaiting period,donoteat, drink, orengageinphysical intensive.

    * According to the steps of Sample 1,blow into the second bag after taking the dosage and mark as sample2

    Note:

    *During the testing process, one should remain in a calmstate. Intensive activities may affect the test results.

    * The reexamination after eradication should be carried outat least 4 weeks after the completion of the treatment toavoid false negative results.

    *Antibiotics, bismuth agents,and traditional Chinese medicines with antibacterial effects should be stopped for more than 4 weeks before the examination and acid suppressants (such as PPLs,etc.) should be discontinued for more than 2 weeks to avoid false negative results.
