1. Naka ukuvula amafasitela ukuze kungene umoya, futhi naka ukugcina kufudumele.

2. Phuma kancane, ungabuthani, gwema izindawo ezinabantu abaningi, ungayi ezindaweni lapho izifo zivamile khona.

6. Qaphela ukuhlanzeka kwegumbi, futhi kungcono ukusebenzisa isibulali-magciwane ekuhlanzeni amagciwane ekhaya.

7. Naka ukudla okunomsoco, yidla ukudla okunempilo, futhi ukudla kumele kuphekwe. Phuza amanzi amaningi nsuku zonke.
